22. It is intended now to concentrate on minesweeping

formations, and, subject to the arrival of the "Barnet's"

crew, on practical navigation and pilotage.

Froposals as regards Command of the Force.

23 Your Excellency already has under consideration

proposals which I submitted in my letter of the 16th March,

1933, No.H.1.028, regarding the future command of the Force.

Distribution.

24. Copies of this report have been submitted to Their

Excellencies the Naval Commander-in-Chief and the General

Officer Commanding, The British Troops in China.
